1. On the OIX Discord server, a) click on the #support channel and b) click on Create ticket.
2. a) You'll see a message that a ticket has been created. To find your ticket, b) click on New Mentions or scroll up to the top of the channels.
3. a) Here you'll see your new ticket. Click on it, and b) type in your question in the box. Someone from the OIX team will get back to you shortly!
